CERTILEC / ENGINEERING PARTNERSHIPS

Electrical Engineering Outsourcing

Electrical engineering packages and coordinated technical support for EPC, consulting and industrial teams.

CERTILEC is an electrical engineering and energy-solutions company based in Mauritania. We support EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, MEP teams, industrial clients and electrical contractors with defined design packages and project-specific technical support. Our scope can extend from remote engineering production to site surveys, installation support, testing, commissioning coordination and maintenance planning where location, access and responsibilities are agreed.

Alongside our core coordination team, CERTILEC works with a professional network of qualified independent electrical engineers and technicians. They are external collaborators, not employees. We select proposed contributors for each assignment according to the technical scope, location and availability, and confirm their role and qualifications before a commitment is made. CERTILEC remains the client’s point of coordination for the agreed package.

Electrical engineering and design packages

  • Single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
  • Load lists, load schedules, cable and protection sizing, voltage drop and equipment schedules
  • Short-circuit, load-flow and protection coordination studies as required by the project
  • Transformer and generator sizing support, LV/MV distribution and industrial electrical design
  • AutoCAD Electrical drafting, Revit electrical BIM coordination and agreed ETAP studies
  • Cable routing and tray layouts, shop and as-built drawings, BOQ/MTO
  • Solar PV electrical design and PV/BESS interface studies

Technical support beyond drawings

For suitable projects, the agreed scope can include electrical site surveys, design verification, installation supervision, inspection and functional test support, protection relay testing, pre-commissioning/commissioning coordination, maintenance diagnostics and technical documentation for handover. Site attendance, specialist equipment, local permissions and the responsible sign-off party are defined for each assignment before mobilization.

A controlled subcontracting workflow

  1. Define the work package. Share the project stage, location, criteria, source files, interfaces, deliverables, schedule and required personnel or site support.
  2. Agree the basis. We document assumptions, exclusions, applicable project standards including NF/IEC references where relevant, file formats, review stages and the client’s approval authority.
  3. Assign and coordinate. We confirm the contributors and interfaces, produce the agreed work, log technical queries and maintain a revision record.
  4. Review and hand over. We check outputs against the agreed scope, respond to consolidated comments and issue final files in the agreed native and PDF formats. Site records and test sheets are included when part of the package.

The client’s lead engineer and designated approval authority retain their contractual roles. Statutory sign-off, local licensing and site verification depend on the project and jurisdiction; we agree responsibilities before work starts. We do not claim company certification under NF or IEC.

Discuss a pilot package or wider support

Tell us your project location, stage, available drawings and data, target deliverables, software/file requirements, standards and timing. A defined pilot package is one practical way to establish interfaces and review expectations. Request a quotation or email contact@certilec.com.
